I want to apply early decision to a college my senior year. Will I still be able to send SAT or ACT scores from my senior fall, or is that too late based on the typical November 1st early decision application deadline?

You should be able to send SAT or ACT scores from test dates as late as November for your Early Decision application. Many colleges will accept these additional scores after you've already submitted your application. Check the individual admissions websites for schools that interest you to confirm their stance on test scores for Early Decision applicants.
