Job Description

The Test Content Manager at PrepScholar supervises the creation of test prep curriculum for the ACT, SAT, and other standardized tests from start to finish. This includes:

• having a thorough understanding of how to create questions that mimic real questions found on standardized tests
• managing a team of remote writers
• holding biweekly meetings with each writer
• setting and maintaining writing goals
• editing practice questions and answer explanations
• creating lessons covering the fundamentals of and skills tested by the ACT and other standardized tests
• creating (or supervising the creation of) passages for the Reading and/or Science sections of the ACT/SAT
• creating videos explaining questions and concepts on the ACT and other standardized tests
• regularly preparing curriculum to be uploaded to PrepScholar's website
• identifying and fixing any errors on the curriculum after it is uploaded to PrepScholar's website

What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong performance on one or more standardized tests, and command of test content
• Familiarity with Google Drive, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of HTML

Ideal candidate has:

• Experience developing test prep curriculum
• Experience managing remote teams
• Experience creating video content
