Allison K. is a seasoned admissions consultant with 21 years of experience helping students gain admission to top universities such as Oxford, Columbia, U Penn, UC Berkeley, NYU, and Northwestern.

She graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a B.S. in Journalism. As a long-time mentor and advisor to high school students, Allison has guided seniors through every step of the college application process—especially in crafting personal statements that make their stories shine. She specializes in helping students from all backgrounds uncover and articulate what makes them stand out.

Known for her energy, empathy, and storytelling expertise, Allison helps students turn even the most daunting prompts into compelling, authentic essays. Her motto: everyone has a powerful story to tell—and she’ll help you tell it with clarity, confidence, and a little laughter in each of your 1-on-1 sessions along the way.

Outside of her work with students, Allison enjoys yoga, Pilates, and meditation.
